A few things...


First things first, we would like to WELCOME Lori Needham to the Cinderella Staff. She will be sharing her talents as our Choral Director and we are so glad to have her! If you see her, welcome her and thank her for offering her time and talents with our students! 

Secondly, all committees will meet this Friday at rehearsal. Please bring a notebook and pencil. 

Last week at rehearsal, Mrs. Moore spoke of March 5th as being an important date to mark on your calendars. Here are her notes on what is happening that day:

Here is March 5th's general agenda for committees:
Monday, March 5th, will be a busy day, our first day at the Salvation Army Kroc Center, our performance venue.
We have access to the building from 8am  to midnight.  On that day we will,  
1)move in - the sets
2)the drape and pipe company will come in to set up the curtains
3)the lights will be brought in and set up
4) the fog machine will be brought in and set up
5)the Technical Rehearsal will be done
6)two run-throughs of the performance will be done (our first dress rehearsal)
All students need to arrive by 4 pm.  We will begin promptly at 4 pm.  Students will be excused at 8 pm
7)anything else needed to do before the clock strikes 12!
